All About The Moon Keeper Bed & Breakfast

Our home was built in the 1890's and is nestled among large shady maples on beautiful park-like grounds with extensive perennial gardens. We have a quietly talkative creek bordering our gardens which enters Hanley Lake at the corner of our private beach. Hanely Lake is small yet wonderful, part of the northern Chain of Lakes which open directly into Intermediate Lake. Although we are less than a half mile from town, our tranquil country-side setting will give the feeling of being far away from it all. |

We love to see our guests relax and make themselves at home. Our living room is one place where you can do just that - curl up with a good book or enjoy a movie with your family. Our dog Millie knows how to make herself at home!

Breakfast Our breakfast menu changes daily, but here are a couple of sample menus which always includes teas/coffee, assorted jellies & orange juice: Strawberry Soup, Coconut Bread with citrus curd, French Toast stuffed with cheeses and ham. Fresh Pears with gorgonzola cheese and walnuts lightly toasted with honey, Parmesan Parsley Biscuts, Sunday Eggs and Bacon |

Help yourself to a buffet style breakfast in our big farmhouse kitchen. Some of our favorite antiques have found a place here, including the farmer's table and stepback.
